• Health club facilities (pool, fitness center, sauna, spa tub) are available only to members (surcharge). Guests who wish to access these facilities must pay an initial health club member fee as well as the yearly membership fee. Non-members are not permitted to use the health club facilities.

Children ages 0-3 are not permitted in the seasonal outdoor pool. Children ages 0-16 are not permitted in the pool from 5-9 PM. This property offers airport shuttle pickup and drop off service from Haneda and Narita Airport. Check-in times vary by room type. Guests booked in room types indicating 9 PM check-in should arrive at that time. Children under 3 years old are not permitted in the seasonal outdoor garden pool. Meals are not included in the room rate for children ages 6 and younger included in the reservation. Pool hours are 10 AM-9 PM July 15-31. The pool is closed 4-5 PM daily for maintenance.
