Great hotel for skiing. It's located right next to the ski slopes and lifts. Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet with wide selection and little onsen for a relaxing bath after skiing.

3 families with 8 boys under the age of 9 had an excellent week staying here. The breakfast was fantastic, the hotel staff was very help arranging transportation for skiing, dinner, and activities, the onsen is great, and there are lots of amenities and services that make it fun for kids such as a play room and snacks. Would definitely go back again!

Loved the quaint decor, the atmosphere, the attentive staff. The location couldnt be better, directly opposite the slope. The public bath was great for sore muscles after a day of snowboarding. Free snacks, drinks, beer and dessert buffet are lovely touches. One negative was the lack of dining options around. Their buffet was ok but a bit over priced, the sashimi wasnt really fresh and other dishes were so-so. The room can do with a bit of refreshing, its showing wear and tear, especially the bed, which was lumpy. Other than these, was a superb stay and will consider it again if i am in the area.

Great location at one of Japan's premier ski resorts right in front of the chairlift. Pleasant staff, good variety at breakfast, loved the open air onsen and the evening shuttle bus to Furano township for dinners at interesting restaurants was especlally appreciated. Ground Floor (lobby) connmon room was a great place to meet people abd enjiy free drinks and snacks. Family friendly. Overall great stay. Will return.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the ski area is just right in front of the hotel. Good eatery place and supermarket just a short drive away. Hotel staff are very nice and polite. Hotel provides nice snacks, drinks and supper at lobby. Good facilities especially the onsen. Highly recommended.
However we are rather unhappy about the booking experience with Hotel.com
During booking, the website indicate that there is a rollaway bed in the twin room which can accommodate 3 person. Nearer to check in date, the hotel informed that we need to top up $100/night to add a single bed as there is no rollaway bed. Apparently hotel.com website has provide inaccurate information. Won't be booking with hotel.com again.
