Excellent hotel with spacious and luxurious rooms. Perfect for a stay in Kawagoe to explore the local area and right on top of Hon-Kawagoe station. Next to the hotel is a wonderful Yakitori shop with amazing food at very cheap prices with superb customer service. I cannot reccomend this shop enough.

Staff were so helpful, all spoke English, and were very welcoming to my young kids. Gave a small kids amenities bag to each child. Very convenient location. Glad we stayed there.

staff refuse to help us call restaurant for reservation and i think he tried to said there is a restaurant here.

Very convenient and comfortable. Superb location next to the Honkawagoe station and mall, food street, walking distance to little edo are, etc. Parking available for 500 yen per 24hrs. Good choice for either a business trip or leisure.

The staff in this hotel are always polite and friendly. They don't become nervous or in a hurry to get you away from check-in area when greeting a foreigner, which is what happens in a lot of other hotels in Japan.

We ate dinner at the Buffet Restaurant... it was okay but the potatoes weren't cooked enough and quite a few dishes were not kept warm. So, I wasn't really impressed.
We ate dinner in the Chinese Restaurant the next night and it was exceptionally good!!!

The A/C was not working, one explained me that the heating was put in place. It was 25c/77f in the rooms (as the meters in room and in hall indicated).
The room window couldn't open, only a very small ventilation outlet.
As a result we barely had any sleep and got out of bed extremely early as we had a headache and couldn't sleep.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that I thought was a little inconvenient is that the elevator was far away. I had requested to stay in a room closest to the elevator as I have difficulty walking but there seemed to only be one set of elevators and they were far from the entrance and I had almost the very last room at the end of the hallway. So with my luggage and difficulty walking, that was the only drawback.
