Other reviews mentioned how great it was to be so close to the train station, but I didn’t find it enjoyable. Very noisy and high street traffic— walking and cars. Lots of construction in the area.
Front desk was kind, but we didn’t always understand each other.
Love the amenities. Room was clean. Shower was clean, but I was unsure how to use it. There was no a/c- the fan doesn’t blow, just moves air in the room. We don’t suffer, just wanted it a little cooler, since windows were shut.

This was an excellent hotel that was difficult to find at first — it is next to Outback Restaurant. It is about 5 minute walk from the station. The room has a decent size bathroom and you get two breakfast coupon which were used for delicious Japanese breakfast next door. Personally, I think it was a better value than Toyoko Inn.

Good hotel clean very friendly staff. Breakfast set was very good plenty to eat. It was a was as short 10 minute walk from the Shinagawa train transportation center.
