Lovely hotel. My room was large and had a view of the mountains. The onsen is small but has a nice outdoor pool which was delightful in the rain. Staff don't speak a lot of English but used translators to help. The restaurant is very nice with attention to every detail. I would stay here again.

The surroundings of the hotel are not so nice, but we were pleasantly surprised when entering the hotel. The interior was very modern and the food was delicious.

鳴子温泉駅から近く、鳴子温泉の街並みを楽しむには良い立地だと感じた。
ホテルは外観も内装も綺麗な状態が維持されていた。室内には扇風機があったので、暑過ぎるということはなかったが、室内の空調設備が古く、室内の温度管理がうまく出来なかった点が気になった。
食事については、同行者のアレルギーに対してとても丁寧に対応され、安心して過ごすことができた。
温泉はホテル内に加えて、ホテルに隣接する滝の湯を利用可能で、泉質の異なる温泉を楽しめた。

とにかく硫黄の匂いが凄い。その割に風呂は無臭で、隣の公共浴場に行く。
硫黄の噴出する地面に立地しているらしく、一晩駐車したら翌日丸一日車内がオナラ臭く、車体が腐食してないか心配になった。チェックインはiPadで煩わしい、住所と名前記入だけなのに。
食事はまあまあ頑張っているが、白石ウー麺のように工夫の無いものもあり80点。

旅館のようなホテル、ホテルのような旅館。旅館を改造してホテルのようにサービスを簡素化した感じ。
サービスは最低限で煩わしさはないが、物足りない感もある。風呂場は狭い。部屋ではWiFiは繋がらず。
駅からさほど遠くはないが、かなりの登り途で、送迎バスはないので大きな荷物がある場合は要注意。近隣のホテルは送迎あり。

友達3人で泊まりました。露天風呂は少し熱めでしたが、とっても気持ち良かったです。フロント受付も感じが良くていい旅行になりました。久々の卓球で盛り上がりました。機会がありましたら又行きたいです。
