Very good location in central Tenjin area. The room although a bit outdated was well maintained and clean. The bed too hard to be comfortable.

ใครที่หาที่พักในเทนจินฟุกุโอกะ ต้องมาที่นี่เลย ใจกลางแหล่งช้อปปิ้ง ซอยที่มีสุพรีม/ไนกี้ พักที่นี้ คือไม่ต้องเที่ยวไหนแล้ว ดองกิ บิคคาเมร่า ราเมงข้อสอบ ร้านเหล้า ครบ // ตัว โรงแรมออกแบบเรียบง่าย ห้องกะทัดรัด พวกเครื่องใช้ต่างๆ วางอยู่ลอบบี้ หยิบเองเลย พนักงาน พูดอังกฤษได้ สื่อสารด้วยประโยคสั้นๆ ก็เข้าใจได้เลย // ขากลับโบกแท๊กซี่จากหน้าโรงแรม ไปสนามบิน ไม่เกิน 2500 เย็น

Loved the location of this hotel. Close to many malls and local shops and restaurants! Small cozy hotel, which provides necessary items in the lobby and you can choose your pick! The hotel staffs are all friendly:) had a great stay here. Thank you!

The location is quite far from subway but in limit for walking. Overall location is good. 1 point deduction is strong cigarette smell from other room although we booked no smoking room.
