Our room was spacious, even for four, and had a marvellous view across one of the parks. The facilities were lovely, staff very helpful and hotel had an air of opulence. The breakfast looked amazing, but at a cost of ¥4400 per person we thought was a little steep. Perhaps it was just because it was New Year. Centrally located, a short walk to the peace park and museum, and steps away from the shopping mall.

The bathroom needs a serious renovation! The yellow tub and no chalking around the bath had me thinking that there might be mold growing under the tub, as it would be near impossible to clean.

We stayed in several hotels in Japan and this was the best. Excellent location in the midst of the city, good breakfast, large room, good restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Good views from room and the roof top bar. Plus excellent value for the price of the room.

Amazing property with excellent room views. We stayed on the 25th floor with corner views and could see the entire city with surrounding mountains. Highly recommend this hotel and it is walking distance to the main attractions such as the Atom Bomb dome, museum and Memorial Park.

We were lucky to be on the 16th floor with a wonderful view over Hiroshima Castle.
The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Hotel room was a bit dated and had not been deep cleaned in a long time - there was a thick layer of dust underneath the furniture that gave the room a weird smell even though it was a non-smoking room. Furniture was old and well used but functional. Breakfast options were plentiful. Staff was super accommodating. Washer and dryer were convenient but we had to air dry clothes even after adjusting the dryer load size. Views of the city from our room were breathtaking. Location is convenient if you're visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. Would definitely consider going back if rooms were updated/tefreshed.

The area was very convenient. The room I was in was outdated and smelled a little like a smoking room. I booked 2 rooms and the second didn’t smell like a smoking rooom. The views were big and had a great view.
