フロントの方がとても親切でうれしくなりました。加湿器をレンタルしましたが、両手が塞がりかけていたのでエレベーターのボタンを押してくださいました。また絆創膏もいただけました。大変助かりました。静岡駅前の繁華街の中心に位置し、夜遊んで寝るだけだったので狭さも気になりませんでした。

We had a positive stay at Shizuoka Town Hotel. The hotel is modern and up to the regular Japanese standards. It's in a great, lively area, but the room was still relatively quiet. The only bad part was our bed and pillows - both were fairly stiff and uncomfortable. However, the staff at this location was the most accommodating we've had in Japan. One of the members literally chased us into the rain to give us an umbrella. The entire staff spoke English well and were beyond courteous.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The air on however is a problem If turned on, it’s always too warm and dry If turned off, no fresh air available The only way to cool down the room is to open the window But before 2AM there was constantly Yakiniku It smelled too good to sleep

We incorrectly booked a smoking room and wanted to switch one after opening the door and found the mistake. Was told all non-smoking room is occupied... Come on. I CAN SEE the availability on Hotels.com.... I booked one on the app and had to check in again..

Location was relatively close to the Shizuoka train station and there is an underground path to avoid the rain. Their complementary breakfast was light and okay but enough to hold you until you find somewhere to eat. The room was a fair size for Japan and clean. We had previously been to a business hotel and this hotel was a bit nicer
