Excellent property. Spotless. Great breakfast buffet. Lots of food options. Although, I could not find any gluten free options. The dinner buffet is good;however, it is expensive and we found the food on the cold side.
Large room. Wonderful hotel and we’d start here again.

お部屋は静かでタオルは清潔感ある真っ白でフワフワ とても良かったです
お風呂とトイレが一緒なので友達同士はちょっと気を使うかもしれません
アメニティは価格のランクで化粧品が置いてないお部屋もあります
SHOPでは良い品が置いてあるので価格はお高めですが嬉しいです✨
STAFFは外国人が多く 全体的に笑顔が増えたらもっと素敵なホテルになると思いました

My fiancé and I recently returned from a magical trip to The Busena Terrace in Okinawa, where I proposed—and she said yes! The setting was perfect, as we stayed in a room with a private pool that offered a serene and luxurious atmosphere, making our special moment even more unforgettable.
The service at the hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Housekeeping attended to our room twice a day, ensuring everything was always pristine. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
We’d like to extend a special thank you to Ayana Ishizuka from the Club Lounge, who greeted us warmly upon arrival and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. Her attentive and sincere service truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend The Busena Terrace for anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Great location. Hotel is a bit old but view is excellent. Staff are very attentive. Valet service was convenient. Amenities were Talgo which I love! Shame that we stayed there only 1day. Restaurants were very expensive…
