評価がよかったので選びましたが、ゴミ箱の中には、宿泊した日より二週間以上前の日にちのお弁当のゴミが入っていました。ゴミ箱チェックは基本だと思いますが。ロフトの布団を自分で敷くようになっていたのでやっていたら、マットにはアンダーヘアーが数十本も至る所についていました。触るのも気持ち悪いけど、そこで寝るしかないので、シーツで隠し、気持ち悪がると思い、周りの人にも言わず、寝ました。最後、チェックアウトしようとしたらタブレットはなく、連絡先にかけると留守電。どうしようもなく、メールについていた東京の番号にかけて、やっとチェックアウトできました。
チェックインも結構大変で、寒かったので余計に困りました。
天井の高い部屋だったので、ロフトはあたたかいけど、座って寛ごうと思っても暖房がきかずに寒いままだったので、別にヒーターとかあればいいなと思いました。
友人の部屋は髪の毛がたくさんついていたと言っていたので、清掃を徹底してもらいたいです。

小さい子供を含む家族で利用。
室内はとても綺麗で掃除が行き届いていました。匂いも気になることなく第一印象はとても良かったです。
室内の備品等も最低限のものが揃ってありました。
欲をいえばあれば良かったものとして、【加湿器、ピンチハンガー、紙皿以外の食器(繰り返し使えるもの)、風呂用スポンジ＆洗剤、フェイスタオル】があげられます。
しかしスーパーもコンビニも徒歩2.3分圏内でしたので立地条件も◎。
しかし、今回は連泊利用でしたが2日目のお昼すぎに清掃員とみられる方が突然入室されてきました。チェックアウトの部屋と間違えて入室したのかわかりませんが、謝罪の言葉もなかったので室内にいた身としては恐怖心と防犯上の不安を覚えました。
また各部屋の入室に用いる番号は毎回更新されているのでしょうか？
予測しやすいような番号でそちらも含めて不安でした。
アパートですので構造上、下の階は上の階の水の音など聞こえやすいのは想定内ですがやはり気になりますね…。
外で騒がれている声も夜中響いていました。
子供たちはロフト付きの部屋でのびのびと過ごせていたので良かったと思います。
