大変快適に過ごせました。特に接客がフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。アーリーチェックイン/レイトチェックアウトを提案頂いたほか、フルーツやスイーツをくださったり、お勧めの観光ルートの提案や小銭の両替まで対応してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。ホテルでこんな厚遇を受けたのは初めてです。マカオ観光がとても良い思い出になりました。Andyさん、Beckyさんありがとうございました！ I had a very comfortable stay. The service was especially friendly and wonderful. They offered early check-in/late check-out, and also gave me fruits and sweets, suggested nice sightseeing routes, and even helped me exchange coins, which I really appreciated. It was the first time I've been treated so well at a hotel. My trip to Macau has become a wonderful memory. Thank you Andy and Becky!

My aunt and I stayed at the Deluxe King room. It was very spacious and comfortable with excellent water view. Really appreciate the size and layout of the room. It is especially nice to have a wall partition between the two beds which gave us privacy. The spacious bathroom with double sinks and separate door for the toilet worked out great. For the price, we couldn't have ask for more. Will definitely stay in the same type room our next visit.

Sands Macao was very generous. Because it is for my mum's birthday and anniversary, our room was upgraded and birthday cake was given by Sands Macao. Thumbs up to Sands Macao!!!
