I booked a king-size bed but was given a twin single bed. Really disappointed but have no choice. It really affected my mood.

There are not many food choices, especially during sahur. The heavy foods available are like fried kuew teow, porridge & bread.. Others are like salad & fruit.

Room card always has problem. Requested to clean room, but not at the end. No indication on phone how to contact front desk or housekeeping department. No guard or person to open the gate in car park. Maintenance and further improvement is essential for this hotel.

Overall everything is good, it's just that when I wanted to extend and ask for a change of room, the receptionist initially did not give certainty with what was requested. But after a little negotiation, finally I was given a room with the desired view. The rest is quite good. Still very clean because the hotel is only 1 year old ❤

Room is OK. Toilet a bit dirty but still OK. For breakfast, don't expect buffet, the menu will be given to choose. Have TV with normal channel, no netflix. The road to enter the hotel is closed, have other alternative road but quite scary in night because too dark. May provide lamp at that area. Overall is OK.
