Everything is fully booked and if there is one, it's at a good price. I was very disappointed including the responsibility of the app, from 2 pm I was just waiting for confirmation that a replacement would be found where I was told to choose 3 options, after I chose, I was answered "sorry the room is full" after an hour then told to choose again, and wait an hour again and answered again it's full! Repeatedly like that until 11 o'clock at night! With children and parents!. Hoping for help from the app makes things even more chaotic! In the end, they only gave a 100% refund + 1 million (I just thought that night I was running here and there looking for hotels and all the books were full! And in the end, we were still the ones who suffered from time, stress, tiredness and money! (If you want to change 3 million, it won't cover it. at that moment!) It's bad for responsibility. Just the last time I used this app. Since 2014, I've been a loyal user. Once in a while, the handling was very messy! Low ratings in the KLCC and Bukit Bintang areas, don't try to book on high season and weekends because there are several victims like us and it's common for them to scam by taking the highest prices and canceling us, because they don't play in one app.

Security was very unfriendly, cars couldn't enter the lobby and we had to wait outside the apartment until the apartment owner came.

It's clean and have amazing view! Great location just 5min walk to twin tower and suria klcc, klcc lrt station and go Kuala Lumpur. Good place to stay with family and friend!
