very strategic hotel close to Petaling street just cross the street on foot. to the art market station walk 8 minutes there transportation center to everywhere easy there are buses, LRT, MRT cheap, to the central market just walk 5 minutes place to buy souvenirs, walk to the left of the hotel there is like a market called kota raya place to sell clothes souvenirs thrift also food. in front of the hotel there is Texas also sevel minimarket. the hotel room is spacious the bed mattress is big the bathroom unfortunately is still old, hot water can not be adjusted. the cleaning service is lazy and does not understand when invited to communicate we stayed 3 days there asked for a change of blanket and sheet was not changed until we checked out. the glass was also not washed. towels were also not changed. the AC is cold nice the elevator is scary old and smells of musty carpet the hallways are also stuffy so smelly. fortunately the room is not that smelly still ok. if you take grab it is a bit difficult to stop in front of the hotel because it is crowded and at the intersection. leaving luggage is allowed,

For a 3-star hotel, it was good. The toilet & bathroom were separated. Free water bottles everyday. The elevator was old and a little noisy. It should have a camera inside. There is a convenience store next door.

The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning staff comes to sweep and mop every morning. The trash is thrown away. Towels are changed every day, cutlery and cooking utensils are available. All the inventory in the room is functioning properly. Suitable for families. Great..
