I had the most pleasant experience staying here- the time flies very fast. the cleanest and the best well equipped hotel ever- two TV's and special pool for the kids. the staff also was very helpful and we got a free shuttle service to KLCC also. good experience and definitely will come again.

Good hotel in the heart of KL. Stayed in Deluxe 1 bedroom which was tastefully done with a modern twist. Living hall and dining was spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is spacious with walk in closet. Bathroom clean with bathtub and shower. Walking distance to LRT station and KLCC. Parking is available in the hotel with easy elavator access. Overall it was pleasant stay.

Treated my girlfriend to a weekend staycation here and we absolutely love it. We stayed in a Deluxe Apartment room and my oh my it was fantastic -- comfortable, clean, spacious and with a superb view of the KL skyline even from the bathtub. Service was excellent as well. If you're travelling to KL for the weekend or for a longer stay, be it with family, friends or love ones, this is a highly recommended choice!

In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Malaysia), the Tourism Tax Act 2017 will take into effect beginning 1 September 2017. An additional levy of MYR 10 nett per room per night will be chargeable to all foreign tourists. Total tax chargeable will be collected upon check-out. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement.Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. All children are welcome. An additional child or adult will be charged for extra bed. Each room can only accommodate one extra bed or crib. Request for extra bed or crib is subject to confirmation by management. Additional costs will have to be paid for separately. Extra bed is not available for Studio room and 1 Bedroom categories.

I recently stayed at Somerset Kuala Lumpur, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The hotel is impressively clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining hygiene is noticeable.
One of the standout features is the well-equipped kitchenette in the room. It includes all the essentials you might need for cooking or dining, such as pots, pans, a stove, plates, knives, glasses, a dining table, and even a refrigerator. Additionally, they provide a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient for longer stays.
The facilities are thoughtfully designed, making it feel more like a home away from home. For anyone looking for a comfortable and functional place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, Somerset is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended!

It is a good ambience hotel and did give me a good image about the hotel, and fast check in at 1 pm and the interior of the room was exactly the same as in the picture. The location was good and a mall nearby. Thanks for the hospitality from the hotel staff.

I had pleasant stay here. Room spacious, comfy and super clean. Only the problem is, the staffs reception should remind me about the parking fee. Never use TnGo card. Cannot validate. I paid RM98 for one night parking fee. 😭.

It was nice and quiet hotel to stay big room with kitchen and sitting area. The staff was very helpful and kind. Check in was delayed due to error booking. I booked 2 rooms but only 1 confirmed. It took time to get us room.
