There was a loud noise, like someone was sleeping, the sound was really disturbing, I had complained but the hotel staff ignored it, they only made promises and there was no solution, in other words they were indifferent to the guests.

location. very strategic less than 5 minutes to alor, to pavilion more than 10 minutes walk, this place is very full of tourists who come by bus so it's hard to hope to ask for this and that, coincidentally at that time the towel in my room was the size of a hand towel so I asked the reception but there was no big bath towel (because there were only 4 small towels in the room with 1 mat ... did I forget or is it true that bath towels are that size 😅 there was a bathrobe but only 1 while I was with 2 parents ... finally because I had asked for it, they didn't serve us so we just used what was available, there was a tax of RM 10 & no deposit ... the corridor of the room was a bit spooky because the lights were not bright

the pool area closed without earlier notice to the guest, still under renovation even 2 years already , can hear loud construction sound from my room, not a good vacation,.... i want refund...please avoid this hotel

I stayed here for 2 nights, the location is very close to famous places and you can walk to Pavillion or Jalan Alor in just a few minutes. The staff is also very polite and cheerful. The only downside is that the room is a bit dark because there is only a light at the door and 2 table lamps.

very close to Alor Bukit Bintang, the music around it is loud so it is not comfortable to sleep. The room does not have a phone to connect to the receptionist. need to go downstairs.

1. Check in time is 15.00 but have to queue like this, the staff is not moving fast. 2. Already informed to ask for an extra bed before check in time so it will be prepared immediately. The staff said later to inform during check in. Finally when I got the room I couldn't rest right away, because there was no extra bed.p 3. Toiletries, glasses etc. should be added, this must be requested, 4. The pillow still has a lot of hair, looks like the cover hasn't been changed 5. Wifi doesn't work, AC isn't cold

If you come here, ask for the 15th floor and above and one that faces Petronas.. it's really cool, if you go to Bukit Bintang, you'll definitely stay here again, it's close to Alor Street, you can also walk to Petronas, it's a bit far but it's fun
