So awesome!! the room is clean and comfortable.the food is so tasty and delicious and so much variety from chinese food, indian food, malay food and also arabic food. the staff also very polite and very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to others and definitely will come again for the next trip.

amazing. very comfortable. will come to visit this hotel again. service also very good. however the fitness centre, swimming pool and breakfast is located in the other building so we need to walk for around 3 minutes.

EFFECTIVE 1 JAN 2018 - Rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) inclusive of all prevailing taxes. Additionally, the mandatory RM10 Tourism Tax (TTx) will be imposed on all hotel room rates on a per room per night basis to all non-Malaysian guests. This amount is to be collected by the hotel, on behalf of the Government of Malaysia, upon check-out. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempt from paying this tax. Non-refundable PREPAYMENT for entire stay is required at the time of booking. Booking(s) will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. Prepayment will not be refunded for cancellations or shortened stays. The offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
Only fully vaccinated guests** with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. The hotel is in a strategic location, direct access to the mall. Across from the hotel there is Nasi Kandar and 7 Eleven. Breakfast is OK. The swimming pool must be rented from the Sunway Resort Hotel, the charge is approximately 50 ringgit.

I like the Sunway Pyramid Hotel, the room is quite big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, fast check in and check out, friendly staff, and of course very easy access to Sunway Mall and Sunway Lagoon, a children's play area, next time I go to Sunway again I will stay here again☺️
