Awesome place to stay! Close to tourist attractions such as Strawberry Garden, Awana Cable Car, First World Plaza etc. Also there’s alot of kedai / cafe nearby (starbucks), 24 hours convenient store (7 eleven) in front of the hotel and Petrol gas station. Easy and fast check in process, clean room, friendly staff and good ambience.

The price is worth it, it's close to Genting. The distance to the city center is also not too far. Very comfortable. If you want to find dinner, you can go out of the hotel across the street and go up a little and there are many food stalls.

First I checked in here they greeted me with friendliness and politeness, but I was disappointed with the comfort of the room I had from the initial booking, the room was dirty and the pillow case I think no change because there's still hair Likewise with the toilet, the walls are yellow with dirty spots, behind the toilet there is still dirt and hair left and then open the drawer there are traces of sweets that have not been cleaned, pls if you sell the room you have to be really clean

I stayed here for 2 nights during Raya Holiday in Malaysia. It was a bad experience, the staff is not friendly. Asking for any shuttle bus to Awana Skyway, their staff didn't coordinate with each other. Their manager helped us a lot to manage the shuttle bus from the hotel. The staff didn't want to speak English. And during check out time, asking for the concierge, the staff didn't understand what I'm talking about. This is really really bad.

Inroom dining is nice. Breakfast is okay. Pool facilities a bit far. On the residential block. Kids pool closed for maintenance. But I did not see any works done. Got sauna but haven't tried. Large room.

Overall I would give 7/10. Overall quite a good experience. Location: around 15 mins from the awana transportation hub, no worries there are Grabs everywhere! Staff: a bit confusing at first with the room, maybe because of the app reservation info, but eventually they fixed it. Not many restuarants in the walkable distance, but the hotel got the restaurant. Down sides. The room was not soundproved, I heard a lot of noises from outside (songs, cheering sound, people talking and some heavy stuffs punching kind of sounds couldn't describe thought what it was) and I make sure with my friend, she also heard it.

best in sha allah will repeat check in here again in the future. beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean, all the food is delicious. eat lunch is delicious, eat breakfast is delicious, satisfied. best staff service, ask to add bath soap and hair shampoo directly delivered to the door of the room, great

The place is nice. There is laundry machine in the room too. The staff is friendly. They have free shuttle to premium outlet. It is about 20 minute to travel to premium outlet. It usually costs me 40 to 60 rm to go to First world.
