Awesome place to stay! Close to tourist attractions such as Strawberry Garden, Awana Cable Car, First World Plaza etc. Also there’s alot of kedai / cafe nearby (starbucks), 24 hours convenient store (7 eleven) in front of the hotel and Petrol gas station. Easy and fast check in process, clean room, friendly staff and good ambience.

Room was great, value for money. Housekeeping and cafe staffs were awesome too. The lady receptionist during our check in and check out deserves a raise! She was awesome and so polite.

Inroom dining is nice. Breakfast is okay. Pool facilities a bit far. On the residential block. Kids pool closed for maintenance. But I did not see any works done. Got sauna but haven't tried. Large room.

Overall I would give 7/10. Overall quite a good experience. Location: around 15 mins from the awana transportation hub, no worries there are Grabs everywhere! Staff: a bit confusing at first with the room, maybe because of the app reservation info, but eventually they fixed it. Not many restuarants in the walkable distance, but the hotel got the restaurant. Down sides. The room was not soundproved, I heard a lot of noises from outside (songs, cheering sound, people talking and some heavy stuffs punching kind of sounds couldn't describe thought what it was) and I make sure with my friend, she also heard it.

The place is nice. There is laundry machine in the room too. The staff is friendly. They have free shuttle to premium outlet. It is about 20 minute to travel to premium outlet. It usually costs me 40 to 60 rm to go to First world.

This hotel supposed to be Apartment and they use it as hotel wifi is not good at all ,transportation also not good they shuttle but they charge RM 10 for each person also when you find taksi they try to rob you from normal grab price to double

Overall good but there are 2 points that probably make it more perfect: 1. Queue on check in - better divided into 2 categories customer: (1) cust who had booked (2) cust who are about to book there - because of only 2 customers that is about to book, we have to wait a very long time just to check in. 2. The security on duty should be trained to be more friendly - especially who guard the facility (gym & pool) But overall Swiss Garden is good to stay

I booked this hotel because the other hotel on skyworld was fullbooked. But it still quite nice hotel. You go to terminal arwana by using gondola to sky world. Go to there by using grab, only 8mins. If you want directly go to skyworld by using grab, you will spend 15-20mins

Everything was great except for the lift service. I had to wait for 20-25 minutes during peak times. Access to the pool using the lift also required a long wait. I hope this issue can be fixed. Other than that, everything was superb.

We stayed at this hotel on 25th October, this is our first time visiting Genting area and it was very nice to stay here, and we enjoyed our stay where the hotel room was very clean and surrounded by beautiful panoramic nature pictures, will definitely come back when we are here on our next visit
