The location easy to find the food.

Very good hotel near the food place and the view are awesome.

Everything is great. Sometimes, you got queue for a several minutes for check in. I had two times went to this hotel. No deposit required.

Will repeat again. Near kg baru easy to find variety of food.

Second time here, great experience in term of customer service. The room was beyond our expectation, very clean and spacious, overlooking Twin tower and Menara Kuala Lumpur. Eateries are close by, convenient store are downstairs. Hospital (HKL) is just a couple blocks away. Do expect some traffic jam to reach here.

3 times staying here and 3 different rooms. All the best rooms and nice city view. My family's happy stay at tamu. For the gym you should fix it September last year the thredmill is still working and I come back in December the thredmill is all broken. This year the thredmill is still not fixed. Your hotel is the best and I will repeat again for junior suite on Feb 2025. Always tamu hotel

Short stay, but happy with the hospitality, only parking area quite inconveniences. Overall rate superb.

Cannot get same floor room. Slippery swimming pool.

We stayed here again after superb experience last year. Decided to book the same room type. The location is great, especially if you're looking for Muslim-friendly area. Everything is within walking distance. Food stalls, convenience store, public transport, masjid, hospital, you name it. I can't emphasize it enough: very strategic location! The room (s) we stayed in also spacious and mostly comfortable. The only hotel facility we tried is only the swimming pool because we spend most of our time exploring the city. But unfortunately there were some disappointing experiences this time: First, the initial room they gave us was very strange in layout. Many unusable spaces, uneven walls, that makes the should be spacious room felt cramped. Fortunately they moved us to room with better layout (after we repeatedly asked for days). Second, (this is before we changed room) it was when we found there was 4 live cockroaches in the bathroom. We immediately called the receptionist/operator to get housekeeping to clean them up or at least provide us bug spray. But it took an hour for them to come! Fearing they will creep to the bedroom then we just smash the cockroaches ourselves (one got away, unfortunately). When the guy finally come, he check the bathroom and find 3 dead cockroaches, trying to find the last one but that of course would be futile. At least he mopped the bathroom floor afterwards. Third. The swimming pool is dirty. Or probably we're just unlucky. Lastly, the elevator took forever to come and kind of weird. Hopefully our experience here will be much better next time 🙃
