Room walls are mouldy, smell like mould, light didn't work, and my mum literally couldn't breathe of the smell so we had to move hotel the next day. Paid for 3 days stay only for a day (no refund) but what to do. Health is more important. Definitely not like pictures.

Everything is fine and good. Staff, cleanliness, (the location moreover, the best). Highly recommended to stay here. However, this hotel requires a deposit of rm 100 when you check in and it will be returned when you check out + there is also a hotel guest tax policy in Malaysia.

I didn't take any pictures of the loaf unit I stayed. However, is good enough for 1 person to stay. Area of improvement: Hand basin water pressure slow. Shower hot water is not consistent, it can be very hot when adjust totally cold. Need to adjust to get right temperature. On my bed, side table plenty of tiny ants. This could improve as well. Another thing in the webpage, it show that early check in can pay additional. I put on note to request early check in, and I don't mind to pay extra. Unfortunately did not happen. As I on medical visit. I thought can get early room. Is okay they have own procedures. Staff just okay. Maybe in future can email or reconfirm on the booking when there are any request. Thank you.

I really like this hotel, so clean. Bed & blanket super comfy, really love the hot shower. Wifi connection also speedy and it ' s close to several restaurants & bars, and convenient stores. So strategic!

Room was OK but doesn't have wow factor. It was clean however furnitures seem old. Bedsheet was stained and there was holes from cigarette. Breakfast is good, concierge staff is sincerely kind especially the old man. The turn down was, I asked for simple decoration of wedding anniversary (small notes or swan towel) in the room. The front office didn't mention anything about it and there is no decoration in the room.

The accommodation is very clean and spacious. It is located near a busy nightlife district so finding foods or doing activity at night was easy to do. The hotel staffs were very helpful in giving information about many stuffs.
