Good stay . Like the bed and room is spacious . Its like air bnb need to collect key from po box but together in the hotel . Have nice pool with good view of the city .

The room is clean and good, there is a hair dryer, microwave, iron, and TV. The (-) for me are, the balcony door that can't be locked, so I kind of "worried" ๐
, and the wifi, they have wifi but the internet is so slow, so I prefer don't use the wifi ๐. But overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks.

Apartment system hotel. There is no house keeping. There is a fee to clean the room and change towels. There are no tools to clean the room. The check in and check out process is a bit complicated. To check in, contact the manager, you will be charged a deposit of 100 RM and hotel tax of 10 RM/night and checking out is even more complicated, you will be informed that the check out time is 7-11 am. After 12 noon you will be fined. I checked out at 8 am. The staff informed me that the office was not yet open. Leave the key with the security guard. The deposit money will be transferred for a fee of 10 RM and it's been a week since I checked out and no proof of transfer has been sent to me. Next, I will no longer stay in this apartment even though the staff came quickly enough to repair the sink faucet and shower faucet which were broken when we checked in the first night.

My stay here was comfortable, but there was no wifi, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no free parking overall, the check-in and check-out process was a bit complicated, so make sure you have contacted the property before checking in, overall ok.

Disappointed that I checked out at 12.35 Malay time half an hour late, the deposit was cut by half by 50 Ringgit, there was no tolerance, I checked out at 12.35 Malay time, even if I was fined, it was cut appropriately, not half of the deposit.
