My Experience at Urban Heaven Loft KL @Eko Cheras – A Fantastic Stay!
This was my second time staying at Urban Heaven Loft KL @Eko Cheras, and once again, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is unbeatable—right on top of Ekocheras Mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The apartment itself is spacious, with a beautiful view that makes for a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the variety of amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, and laundry service all within the building. It made my stay even more convenient and comfortable.
One of the highlights of my experience was the staff. They were all extremely friendly and helpful, always responding to inquiries within just 5 minutes. It made a big difference to have such attentive management.
As for the noise level, the building was very quiet, and I had no issues with disturbances, which helped me get a great night’s sleep every time.
Considering the amenities, location, and overall quality of the apartment, the price was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend Urban Heaven Loft KL @Eko Cheras to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

super friendly service via WA. nice room 2 floors. check in n checkout independently take the key in the box with the code. complete washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove, eating utensils, kitchen utensils, sofa, dining table, detergent, salt, sugar, all available. the location is inside the mall. next to Starbucks. THIS'S THE PLEASANT PLACE. the minus is the food in the food court is not suitable for the tongue.

The unit apartment is very clean, comfort and location just beside cheras mall, which is easy to get all things that you required. 5 STARS for this unit. There are some minor items need to improve, sofa bed arm rest is broken, 1 set key is not working,

Very nice and cozy apartment room. This is the best apartment. Comfortable for family or with friends, suitable for 5-6 people. The staff named Grace is very friendly and responsive. If you want to go on holiday to KL, make sure you want to book this place again. Access to public transportation is also easy. If you want to take the MRT station, it's only a 5 minute walk.
