Staff not friendly and air conditioning did not work well. Nice pool bar and hotel room but wouldn’t stay again.

Positive: Hotel over all looks decent from first impressions… Staff are polite, which is always nice… Rooms are large with lots of lighting… Negative: Balcony door didn’t work properly. Very difficult to open. Door grinding on metal frame… Dirty towels on floor at balcony and bathroom, thrown all over the place. No L

Well located with easy access to connections, restaurant and shops. Staff are also lovely and polite...highly recommended

Very well located

Our room was a lot worse than the one in the photo and we were supposed to have booked an upgrade. The window faced a small internal patio with machinery that made a constant loud humming noise. It was very clean and breakfast was nice.

Lobby:Air conditioned and clean. Places to sit and someone sat in the day to assist with excursions. Pool:No where when booking is it explained that the indoor pool would be unusable for a few hours on both Saturday and Sunday and a couple days in the week.The sauna and hot tub did not work.The room was very warm and the pool heated.There was a grime line around the pool water line and black build up in multiple places (pictured).Pool towels provided free of charge. Room:No welcome pack, with info about the hotel etc. Phone did not work, nor were we provided with any contact details.No do not disturb sign so cleaners would often get into the room before you could run to the door to ask them to come back later.Very basic furniture but was fine.Air conditioning did not work properly. It was on non stop throughout our stay and didn’t get below 25 degrees. It wasn’t too hot to sleep but would have preferred it to be cooler.Balcony had a view of the sea, just about.There is two bars at either side of the hotel so it is very noisy in the evenings if you wanted to sit out.There is building work going on in the day so noisy in the day to sit out.The bathroom was very dirty (pictured).Fresh towels daily, very basic towels.No fresh soap/toiletries provided.Fridge is provided and just about kept things cool but not cold. Mattress was very hard, thought it was ok for a couple nights but started to get a sore back by the end of the stay. Breakfast is ok, selection of hot and cold food

Lovely staff when we arrived and at breakfast. Easy check in and out and able to store luggage when leaving. Our room was nice but basic. The only downside was the shower was not that good. Water pressure non-existant, and didn't work on one day Hotel is in a great location, and although next to clubs and pubs, was very quiet at night. Would reccomend

Reception staff were amazing

clean hotel , comfy beds , great location to the Sea and delicious free breakfast - the price was totally appreciated and unexpected for such a lovely hotel there is a bit of construction happening nearby but did not disturb our stay we arrived in the wee hours in the morning and the 24 hr front desk was amazing - fast check in

Children’s swimming lessons restricted guests from using the pool and our supposed superior room was very basic. Breakfast was a adage at best

Felt a bit more like a spring break hostel than a hotel. The smoke alarms went off several times one night as other hotel guests were smoking in their room. There was lots of noise at all hours and guest banging on doors. We were woken one morning before 9am by house keeping insisting they clean and change our towels.

We reserved a Deluxe Double Room, but instead, we were given a Standard Double Room on the 3rd floor, which was full of young people partying loudly day and night. When we requested a Deluxe Room on one of the upper floors, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked. It is not pleasant or professional to be downgraded from the room we reserved and paied to a lower category

First class service very helpful

Great value hotel. Nice location, close to lot of nightlife but in a spot where it it is quiet. Good breakfast, nice pool and gym. Only downsides were the AC didn't work, and when i told the front desk they just told me to "keep waiting and it would eventually work" Nope waited overnight and it did not fix itself. And requested a wake up call that never happened.

Extremely noisy area, windows like paper, doors have gaps, can hear people walking by, talking and closing doors. Air con really loud, besides thst the staff are friendly and the pool areas are nice also dining area. There was a lot of construction going on in the area also so it got extremely loud at times.

The breakfast was good, It was convenient and buses were nearby, but the area is so noisy, expect drunk people screaming all night long in the streets every day of the week. You will not sleep here as there is zero sound proofing. It was also freezing cold and the heating didn’t work in the room. The towels were too small, the toilet backed up, the reception staff were unfriendly and in general the place is slightly falling apart. It is majorly overpriced

This review is very honest as I normally book 4 star hotels but decided to take a cheaper option this time due to last minute booking. The hotel itself is very nice. The pool area was nice and the staff at reception I must say were amazing. Certain rooms in the hotel are very very bad but at midnight on the first night the welcoming reception staff managed to move me to the most beautiful modern room instead. Noise level from doors closing to corridor noise to street noise is all loud so if you want peace this is not the hotel for you. The amenities are all so close to the hotel so this is in the perfect location to everything. The breakfast in the hotel was ok but you don’t help yourself they serve you like a school canteen which put me off , they also don’t do any De Caff Coffee or tea which was bad so had to go buy some. Honestly not a bad hotel just needs some slight changes but like I said for a 3 star hotel it was good.

In general I liked my room, and the staff were absolutely lovely. I did have a bit of a bad experience in that late at night there was some kind of altercation involving the man in the room next to mine - I could hear lots of yelling and threats and what sounded like a fight, which was rather scary. When I mentioned it to the people at the desk the next day they immediately found me a new room, which I really appreciated.
