Felt it is not worth for the price we paid. The hotel reception, pool and garden area is maintained impressively, but the room (ours is bungalow) was quite basic, everything is broken furniture, including broken lamp shades, not enough lights in room, none of the toilet or bathroom doors can be locked, the toilet door if we close cannot open from inside, some one have to open from outside.... Sofa beds my children complained were not comfortable. So overall I did not like the room, expected much better one for the price we are paying.

The first time I stayed here about 6 years ago it was called the Farrah hotel and now the Kennedy hospitality
The hotel needs upgradingas it looksold and outdated especially for the price i paid wasn't cheap.
I couldn't believe there was no hairdryer in the bathroom and the beds were not comfortable at all.
Breakfast was same everyday and not much choice.
The staff were very friendly.
Location is good and you could walk to jamal fina and Gueliz.

Nice swimming pool area, friendly staff. Food was a bit disappointing if your English and the rooms could do with upgrading. Quiet location and you get a good nights sleep. Not to far from the center too. Overall i would say its good to average.

This is a dated property. Clean and spacious, but lacking in some areas. For example, no hairdryer, no working safe, no wifi in room. Our air conditioning didn’t work and there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. Buffet dinner is 20 euro pp, but we had some great pizza and beer at poolside for same amount. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel facilities were great with a big pool and decent pool bar where food and drinks were available throughout the day. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms a good size. The cleanliness of our room was a bit of a shock as we were used to much higher standards ( nothing major that would stop us from staying there again) resulting in us buying a disinfectant for the bathroom in the nearest Carrefour. Overall we enjoyed out time at this hotel.

Be aware people! we got bites all over our bodies… at our arrival home, we consulted and came out it was bed bugs… need to disinfect all our clothes and our stuff… we were at room 151, I guess the whole place is infected. Given the 4 stars and the price, we expected more cleanness and professionalism… very disappointing!

They make me wait more than one hour "because it was saturday"and they don't employers for online booking even the boys were ok,the girl from the reception make me pay twice the tourist taxes even I proved her I payed on expedia and she forbid me the card of the room,I felt like I've been robed...I think this is the gouvermental owned because the facilities are old and the boss doesn't care about there clients satisfaction...but the lower stuff try hard fot costumers satisfaction!!!

The bungalow is a beautiful concept but the bungalow we got was not well maintained. The door handles upstairs in both the shower and bathroom were broken. The air conditioning upstairs was blowing warm air. The pillows downstairs in the Moroccan salon were dirty. Check in was not smooth. The room was supposed to be available for 3. We arrived at 4:15 and we still had to wait because the room was not ready. The floor rugs upstairs were filthy. Would not recommend this place.

This hotel has a great pool and is in a good location but it does need updating. It was good value for a family of four with a duplex two story apartment which was spacious. The breakfast pastries and fresh orange juice was good and the staff were all lovely.
