Booked a single room for one night on business. The wifi was good enough to enable me to work as was the reasonably sized desk. I used the small but sufficiently equipped fitness centre before retiring to a very comfortable bed.

I was in town for meetings at the a university. There’s a bus to campus nearby but its also a pleasant 30 minute walk. There’s the older part of town nearby with plenty of restaurants. I’d describe the hotel as completely adequate. Smallish rooms but all fine.

Great location with nice lobby and view from the room. The food in the restaurant is good but the service by staff in the bar or main counter, not the best.
Asked for 30 mins late check-out and denied after 3 days stay.

The hotel was great in many aspects for a short stay. The only problem for me was the open bathroom. No doors for the toilet. There was no fridge nor hairdryer in the room.

I went to Wageningen for a course at the university for one week (5 days). The bus station was conveniently reachable and hotel and the downtown area offer various options to eat out.
The staff at the desk was always friendly and helpful and offered to tell me how to get to the university.
I had booked a very small single room, but it was nice and clean every day. The view from my hotel room was on the hotel roof and the street, on the other side, I would have seen some water.
On the ground floor of the Hotel are a very nice Restaurant and a nice public area with sofas, armchairs, tables and plants. I met with some fellow students in that area every day. We were impressed by the strong-looking basil growing in a showcase there.

hotel is tired in the rooms
also the plumbing is terribe - woke up in the middle of the night with what sounded like a flood coming through the wall. Suspect this was all the upstairs rooms drainage pipework
walls are also very thin so all in all a bad nights sleep

Many times the service was good and friendly, at other times decidedly unfriendly. Things agreed between WICC and myself over email two months prior to my stay had not registered with WICC and caused misunderstandings. It points to a lack of procedures that could ensure that information is transferred from one employee to another
