Very nice hotel with a brilliant breakfast choice. Lovely pool and spa and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Hotel room are spacious and very modern. The Spa staff are super nice & the Bar staff are incredibly friendly! A couple names to mention that made our stay enjoyable they are Naomi from the Spa section! & Keisha from the Bar & the handsome bartender! Sorry I forgot your name!! They were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. However the hotel staff seemed very bored and tired, they wouldn’t speak anymore than the minimum, not sure if it was just to us or not. But overall 4/5 thanks to Bar & Spa

Everything Great, apart from smoking area out the front of the hotel, for smokers its uncomfortable, cold and embarrassing and for non smokers its not nice to be greeted by cigarette butts and smoke as you enter and not a good look for the hotel. Needs one at the back of the hotel

The hotel is not far on tram from city centre. Rooms were of a good quality, with some quirky design features. Didn't venture up to the roof bar due to the weather.

Really friendly helpful staff, from reception through to waiters and gym staff. Room spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and choice of restaurants. Good location to tram network.
The gym was and spa facilities were a bit tired, I didn’t like the excess charge to use the sauna, which is very north European, and at night there was a strong smell of what smelled like cannabis coming through the air conditioning or ventilation system.
As a non smoker, this was a big negative. Overall experience was very good and we may have been unlucky

Stayed here 3 nights after a cruise that finished in Amsterdam. It is a lot further out than I expected but easy to get back into the city.
Via taxi you’re looking at 15 mins by car but it’s a 7 min walk to the nearest tram stop which takes 15-20mins. Or a 12 min walk to the nearest train station.
The area is old but safe and the hotel inside is fairly up to date.
We got there at around 10.30 hoping to leave our bags for the day to explore and our room was already good to go which was excellent.
Room was pretty large, seperate bathroom and toilet and a large bathtub.
Biggest drawback for us was the designer of the hotel thought having a large transparent glass door for the bathroom was a good idea. Not only that there’s a window on the wall facing the beds as well and a mirror that gives a full view of the shower to whoever is laying in bed. We figured it was a Dutch thing. Only to be told when checking out that some rooms have frosted stickers.
Other than the weird voyeuristic bathroom this hotel is great.

The hotel is very clean, its was quiet and the staff were friendly. We used the spa and pool facilities which was only €5 extra per person. We also used the Skyy bar , there was a DJ playing and the cocktails were nice. Transport links were good, 5 min walk to tram which took you into Amsterdam Town centre or 10 minute walk to Leylaan train station where you can catch the train to airport amongst other destinations and they all run every 10 mins or so.

The decor, staff, food and cleanliness were all excellent. The only minor issues are the room layout, toilet and bathroom being separated. And the other slight issue is the area, there's not much to do here.

Great stay. Breakfast was amazing value for money with a huge selection. Good location pretty much in the middle of Lelylaan mainline train/underground and Surinmeplein tram stop, 5 min walk in each direction.
