The spacious room was really comfortable. The breakfast served was a wide choice of foods and drinks. Parking was plentiful and safe. A good walk into town but we walked off the breakfast.

Nice and modern hotel with excellent service. Food is amazing but expensive. Due to a recent fire the spa wasn't available but a temporary gym was created. The bar / restaurant on the top floor has an amazing view. The room was a little worn down with some damage to the bed and bathroom tiling.

The toilet was not flush, yellow water and with toilet paper in it. The pillow looks clean and good but has a kind of strange smell, which make me doubtful a bit.
The room is good and the bathroom is spacious.
The parking place is a distance from the hotel, lucky no rain.

Great gym, clean and nice rooms. Very good breakfast.
However, service in the restaurant at 11th floor is far below average. You have to wait extremely long for your food, don't get anything until your course is served, and almost no checking by waiters. Food is also not extremely spectacular. The potenital is there....

Hotel was OK. Takes about fifteen minutes to walk to the centre of town, so it's a bit out of the way compared to some more centrally located hotels.
Paper cups in room instead of a ceramic mug - not exactly great to drink tea/coffee out of a paper cup. My TV was not even plugged in, rather than fiddle around the back of the television set, I just didn't bother turning it on. The minibar was some form of bizarre slot machine system and not a fridge, had I wanted to keep some milk fresh for tea I would have been out of luck.
One night another guest opened the door to my room - apparently they had been given the a card to the same room I was in. A bit of a nasty surprise.
The positives: Restaurant on the top floor was excellent, and the conference facilities are top notch.
The negatives: Poor in-room facilities, quite overpriced for what you actually get.
