The hotel has a super beautiful view, clean and luxurious rooms, super cute and enthusiastic staff, and the breakfast buffet view is also beautiful! From the hotel, it only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the main street and you will see the bus stop, only 8 minutes to the center! You should definitely try it!

The hotel has a super beautiful view, clean and luxurious rooms, super cute and enthusiastic staff, and the breakfast buffet view is also beautiful! The hotel manager who were in charged that night was not helpful & very rude to us. Leo (a new staff working that night) was trying to help us but the hotel manager stopped him & was very rude to us.

Location wise is bit far from city center but if you rent a car (which is common for new zealand trip), it’s still fine. Hotel is nice, clean, overall is good value for money. There’s two levels for the building with lake view. The one in the picture I saw when I booked is at the second floor. I got the room at the first floor, so I cannot get the complete view of the lake (although I emailed them before I arrived to ask for the best view since it’s my honeymoon). No honeymoon perks, which is okay. Breakfast was standard. Room is warm enough. Overall, you can consider this as your option.
