We had a great stay here! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with beautiful sea views. The resort is right by the beach, and the heated pools were perfect for relaxing. The Realito Kids Club kept our child happy and engaged while we enjoyed some quiet time. A great place for a peaceful and family-friendly vacation!

Best resort in Albufeira. Many facilities, very good breakfast. Friendly service. One star gone because water is expensive, just one bottle is 12.5 euros, and no stores nearby. Otherwise loved this place

Spa Review only, we did not stay at the hotel. We got a couples hot stone. It was unique and wonderful. Leeann and Carla were amazing. The stones were the right temperature, used extensively to soothe and relax. The oils used smelled wonderful. 5* Services! Beware that if you are looking to use the wet facilities, ask and ensure they have been fixed. Many items o. Their famous circuit were out of order when we were there. The resort is on a beautiful stretch of beach with many restaurants. We had lunch and it was really tasty. It's a resort, so expect to pay more. But well worth it for the views and lovely service. Fresh food and adjustments for dietary restrictions available.

I expected five-star service here but what I experienced instead was entitlement, lack of professionalism, and evident subpar training among the front desk staff. Upon inquiring about the spa, I was immediately questioned: “Are you a hotel guest?”—as if I (and my baby who was holding my hand) had somehow bypassed the private gated entrance and security just to sneak in and ask about the pool. The unnecessary interrogation made it abundantly clear that some staff feel more entitled to be in this hotel than the paying guests themselves. Hospitality should be about making people feel welcome, not making snap judgments about who “looks” like they belong. (Obviously, I wasn’t a guest—I just launched my toddler over the gated entrance, climbed in after them, and rushed to the front desk to test their in-depth knowledge of the spa.) The service failures didn’t stop there. On our second day, our room was not cleaned. When we called to ask why, we were told we had selected this option—something we absolutely did not do, because why on earth would we opt out of cleaning while traveling with kids? Instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, the staff seemed more interested in deflecting blame. (Hotel Porter was efficient, friendly and quite welcoming. Outstanding service 🙌)

An excellent resort! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. My room had a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. Friends had the villa that had a small but very functional kitchenette in them. You can walk to many places from the hotel but we rented a car and there was more than ample parking. The staff was beyond courteous and the meals I ate there were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully the next time won’t be “work” related
