If i could give-5 stars to the service i would. The receptionist Ricardo did not tell us that they have their underground parking and had us park infront of the hotel on the street where the spot was not available or reserved for us ( as we left and came back the spot was taken ) and then charged us for parking 10 euro a night !!! When we brought it up, they did not want to co operate and blamed it on the owner saying they can't do anything about it.beds mattress were soft and numbs your body ny the morning. Location is just OK. Never again. Cheap owner

Confirming as other reviews have mentioned, this place rips you off if you have kids. They don't tell you they have a special policy where kids are automatically an extra $80 per night until you are checking in and it's too late to change hotels. Their webpage even indicates that children under 2 don't even need to be specified when confirming occupancy and booking through third party websites they specifically stated that you are all paid up front besides possible city tax. Management is also extremely rude and unprofessional discussing the subject as well. The rooms are average and the breakfast was kinda gross, although the staff was very nice. Good location too, but be warned if traveling with kids.

Hotel is in a nice location. Nice rooms. They weren't helpful at all. They charge for parking. And even they had parking they didn't tell us and we parked on Dec 24th night which that day was free parking in the whole city. Yet the hotel charged us for parking since we parked on the street infront of it. And the front dest told us that they don't have parking. Which was a lie When we let them know next day the front desk answer was to us "you are right my co worker should have let you know" there is nothing i can do. Zero customer service and was very disappointed

The hotel is a block from the high-end shopping district and a short walk to several restaurants. The rooms are simply furnished and breakfast is typical fare.

Families with babies beware!! This hotel is a rip off. We’re traveling with our 11 months old baby and were forced to pay 75€ per night on top for the baby. The room itself was about 100€, and they DEMANDED 75€ on top for a baby that doesn’t eat nor needs a bed, as we don’t need a cot. We also didn’t get any extra towels for that price. They didn’t show us a price list, this information isn’t on their website site, and the invoice they gave us doesn’t provide any information. Also, unbelievably rude & incompetent front desk staff. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
