I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I liked the fact that it wasn't one of the soulless chain hotels, with a modern touch in design. There was a common "honesty bar" where you can enjoy your welcome drink, meet with friends, etc. The location was great, just by the Christmas market. The service was very attentive, we did not have any issues checking in or out and they told us our rooms were ready when we arrived an hour earlier than the regular check in time. However, the room was quite small with no storage. The sink was miniscule and the water gets splashed everywhere including the wooden panels which became warped because of it. The curtains were quite dirty. The breakfast was included which is a nice touch but the selection was limited and lacked any taste whatsoever.

From the delicious breakfast spread that provided the perfect fuel for our race day, to the thoughtful gesture of offering a late checkout to allow us to rest and recover post-race, every detail was meticulously taken care of. Our stay at RM Guest House was an absolute pleasure, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip to Setúbal unforgettable. This beautiful and modern “hotel” has only 7 rooms, the service is so personalized. There is also a guest lounge to enjoy and it is connected to a cafe with lovely breakfast food that was complimentary with our stay. If we are ever in Setubal again we will absolutely rebook here!

Super cute hotel. Room was accommodating but a bit small. The hospitality from the front desk staff was top notch!

What a great find, small boutique hotel with 7 rooms and shared lounge area with honesty bar. Our rooms were spotless & the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was in the Padaria downstairs - freshly squeezed oj, great coffee and a good choice for a continental breakfast. We will definitely look to stay again.
