We stayed here for a week with our 3 year old child. She completely loved it so much. The food, the accommodation, and the pool area are absolutely great. Personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. Area is very calm. Close by shop and beaches. Hotel also accommodated car rental for us and there is a charging station for electric cars on the premisses. We have already booked our stay for next year. As our daughter said, I want to go back to Portugal.

Stayed here with my husband for 2 weeks in a one bedroom apartment and we loved it. The apartments are stylish, comfortable and well equipped. They are spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding and towels. The ground floor apartments have large patios to the front and rear giving loads of private outside space. The area is quiet and peaceful with olive groves, vineyards and beautiful beaches all within easy reach. There isn't any exciting nightlife to speak of so it won't suit everyone. However, there are cafés, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance serving wonderful food. There is a restaurant and pool bar on-site and staff will bring food and drinks to the pool on request. We found the staff friendly and helpful throughout. The surrounding gardens are well maintained and they even employ a hawk to deter seagulls.

We are just over mid-way through our two week stay at the hotel. Although our stay has generally been quite positive, there are a few things that require attention. Firstly the positives: - beautiful and well-appointed apartments - very friendly staff (particularly Alcina in the restaurant who is brilliant) - amazing views and proximity to the beach - large terrace areas in most apartments - Padel and tennis courts onsite - free parking - jacuzzi / hydro bath The cons / areas for improvement: - staff sometimes lacked knowledge for recommendations / concierge such as restaurants which a guest would expect at this price point - breakfast is relatively basic (zero vegan options other than a plate of fruit) and the quality is not consistent (mushrooms not cooked and croissants undercooked) - during the Christmas period the hotel insisted on doing table service which they struggled to keep up with on some days and quality / service suffered as a result - indoor swimming pool was closed for a number of days at the start of our stay and once it did open, it was freezing! - it’s great to have daily housekeeping, but they don’t clean your kitchen area for some reason - air conditioning / heating is unnecessarily loud in the apartments - gym equipment is very basic (but I was grateful to have one nonetheless!) - the apartments have very little in the way of art which is fine if you’re here for 2/3 nights, but we stayed for a fortnight and it made the place a little soulless and quite echoey (if you have children, this is a problem at night). - no smart TVs Overall, a beautiful hotel and still recommended, but some teething issues for management to address.

The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The premises are perfect for families with small children, particularly the pool area and tennis court, which somewhat justifies the high price tag. However, if you're seeking easy beach access, this location may not be ideal. The '5-minute walk' to the beach is actually a 400-meter stretch along a street without a proper sidewalk, which can be inconvenient.

The villas are around 30 minutes away from Faro airport. Arranged our 4 day break through Easyjet holidays. We received a warm welcome from Pedro. He met us at our transfer bus, took our luggage from us, and brought us into reception. We arrived at 12 pm, our room was ready straight away so no waiting around.. result!! After going through the normal check-in process ( it took less than 10mins) we hopped in Pedro's golf cart, and he took us to our villa. The villa is so comfortable. I can't wait to get booked up for longer. I'm only here for a long weekend. Full kitchen including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. Lots of pots, plates, glasses, etc. Large dining table and comfy couch and great sitting room area. Large bathroom and large shower. Wardrobes are large, which houses ironing board and safe. No cons found... all plus points. There is a large outdoor pool and also an indoor pool and jacuzzi An intermarche supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, a great selection of food, and reasonably priced too I'm looking forward to exploring the area... Villa is spotless, and the grounds are really well maintained
