Thank you for a great stay, bus service was amazing

Great staff, breakfast and so clean

The hotel having opened in the last 6 months was modern, airy and clean. The services were of a good standard. It is good to see the staff were all trying as hard as they could to provide a great memory for the guests and on my stay went far beyond what i was expecting. The reception, restaurant, porter and house keeping teams that i came i to contact with where excellent.

Very nice place some room cleaning issues. Refrigerator with food from other customers. Bathroom with some hair. Kind staff and great place with amazing meal options!!!

Taxis were very easy to get in and out. Food options outside the area as well. Staff was very friendly; easy to communicate English.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting the usual benefits of my Gold Elite status, but unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. Hotel did not honor the perks associated with my loyalty level, including the promised 2pm late check-out. They seemed to have their own set of policies in place that completely ignored the Marriott Bonvoy program’s established benefits, which I find unacceptable for a property using Marriott's name. The room itself was incredibly small, and honestly, didn’t feel like the quality I’ve come to expect from a Marriott-affiliated hotel. Additionally, the Muslim shower didn’t have adequate water pressure, making it difficult to use. While I understand the property is new, there are a number of issues that still need to be addressed—especially with the overall upkeep of the rooms and amenities. The check-in experience was also frustrating, as the staff seemed poorly trained and unprepared to handle basic customer service, especially for loyal Bonvoy members. It was clear that they lacked the necessary knowledge or training to deliver a seamless experience. If this hotel isn’t going to honor the Marriott Bonvoy benefits or properly train their staff, they shouldn’t be using the Marriott name. I won’t be returning until these issues are properly addressed.

Its a bit far from the mosque. Hotel might want to increase the frequency of the bus transfer to and from Haram. We had to use taxi on several occasions as we were unanle to find our bus on thw busstop.

I had booked a deluxe room but when I get to the property they give me the disable person room which not convenient for us at all.

Amazing staff

Appears to be a newer hotel with modern finishes. Breakfast was fine. Shuttles to haram were frequent. Stayed for 2 nights but no one came to clean the room.

Amazing 2 night stay with excellent service

Amazing staff,always smiling and helpful,especially Kauther on the 17thfloor. Breakfast was the best, Chef Aamir conjured up an array of mouth watering dishes, his Haleem was absolutely scrumptious
