Had a pleasant stay during the Lunar New Year. The concierge staff was exceptionally helpful, even with the long wait for taxis due to LNY. The rooms were not new but super spacious and clean! Location wise, it's super accessible by both bus and MRT. Good food and hawker center within walking distance as well.

Check-in counter staff was friendly and process was smooth. Room was quite spacious and clean, but the furnishings are rather dated. However, we were quite disappointed that the extra benefits from this booking such as welcome drinks and late check out could not be found at the hotel's system so did not manage to enjoy these benefits.

This was my second time booking the hotel room for my parents to stay. The location is good I. E. Near to tanjong pagar MRT, and if want to, can walk to vivo city and from there take train or bus to resort world sentosa, One can also walk to Lau Pa Sat (hawker center), Merlion, and Marina Bay Sand Resort from the hotel as well. During the first visit, the air con was not functioning, and upon feedback to the receptionist, a technician was deployed to fix the air con in the room. During the second visit, no hiccups according to my parents as the air con is functioning well.

Opposite the Hotel there is a Bus Stop. The MRT station is quite a walk. Nice rooms, clean and spacious.

The hotel room is dusty like no one has stayed in for a long time. The room also had spiders in the closet. Had to change room during the night. On the second day, the cleaning staff finished cleaning and took the room card and brought it down to make the power system turn off while the charger was plugged in. When checking out, ask the staff to bring the luggage to the taxi, the staff attitude. Toss the luggage for the taxi driver to take care of himself even though the driver is old. Also, next time you book the back door, don't book the main door! There will never be a next time! The hotel is far from all the attractions of Sing. Expensive price, dirty room!

Khách sạn phòng bụi như lâu chưa ai ở. Phòng còn có nhện trong tủ đồ. Phải đổi phòng trong đêm. Ngày thứ hai thì nhân viên dọn dẹp dọn xong lấy luôn thẻ phòng đem xuống làm hệ thống điện tắt trong khi đang cắm sạc. Lúc check out nhờ nhân viên mang hành lý ra taxi thì nhân viên thái độ. Quăng hành lý cho tài xế taxi tự lo dù tài xế đã lớn tuổi. Còn nói lần sau mày book cửa sau đừng book đón cửa chính! Khônb bao giờ có lần sau đâu nha! Khách sạn thì xa tất cả các điểm ăn chơi của Sing. Giá mắc, phòng dơ!

Check in early thanks to Ms. Valery. Room quiet big and comfortable but the bathroom little small. Breakfast is great. My flight is midnight, so we can use bathroom in 11th floor to take shower.
