I would highly recommend to everyone; The service is good, clean room, and only 2 minutes to MRT station DT13 Rochor, so you guys can go anywhere so easily.

I've stayed here for countless times, it's my favourite weekend hotel because of the location and atmosphere! A lot of Halal food options around, great smart TV where I can watch YouTube and Netflix with ease and also, I can chill out at the IG-worthy pool!

Room is comfy and clean. Provided with shower gel and shampoo but no tooth-brushes. Mineral water seems to be not new, the bottle seal was open. I know we can't dine-in. I saw a small cafe counter at the ground floor. Perhaps have it available for takeaway?

Overall, I enjoyed my stay there even though it was for 1 night. Would have been better if 2 nights instead. The room is quite spacious, clean especially and looks exactly in the photos description provided for each different rooms. ✨

I really enjoy stayed at the Great Madras, staffs are very helpful 👍🏼👍🏼 especially Mr Iman. The food is great, clean room, close to everything. MRT only 3 minutes by walking. Bus station as well. Definitely will be back again next time. 😊😊

The hotel is very comfortable, only 3 minutes from MRT Rochor, close to halal Indian food, close to Bugis Street, China Town, Mustafa Center and Haji Lane, all can be reached on foot.

I had a bad experience staying at this hotel. My bathroom door was locked from the inside, I went to the lobby to find the receptionist and there was no one there. There was a weird instruction on the table, they wrote down a phone number and ask us to call that number through receptionist's phone if we need assistance (from there I knew that they only have 1 receptionist working at 2 different hotels, the other hotel is not too far but the receptionist had to walk from one hotel to another. It took long time until the staff came and I said that it is not ideal that the receptionist is not always ready and the staff said that the boss want to save money. What? And then I was moved to another room only for one night (I stayed for 2 nights) and the next day I have to move back to my old room after they fix the bathroom door which actually wasting my time because I have to move my things back from my new room to my old room. Please fix your hotel service, especially the way you handle the problem and the hospitality. I know many hotel that have same price as you have but they have better service.

Access to the MRT is very near,,, strategic location, with many restaurants surround hotel. But room won't be cleaned unless you ask for cleaning. Size of room very standard for hotel in Singapore... Hospitality was nice

1. We had to wait 30-40 minutes to enter the hotel room after checking in because the room had not been cleaned up. 2. We stayed for 2 nights and during those 2 nights the bathroom light was off (we complained to the staff 3 times at different times but there was nothing they did) 3. On the last night the building 's electricity went out at around 22.00 and we needed to wait about 1 hour for the power to come back on. The worst is there was no apology from the staff for this incident.

Dirty room, in the shared toilet there is a used toothbrush that is not thrown away, the bathroom is not very clean. I am not comfortable in the bathroom. The rest is okay for this price it is cheap but the staff lacks initiative about toothbrushes, towels and cleaning the room, it was not cleaned for 4 days I stayed. But it is very close to the MRT, 5 minutes walk to the Little India MRT station.

The location is quite near to the MRT station and seven eleven and also some of restaurants. I had a nice experience when I stayed there. But I think the staff could be more helpful and nice. When I was there, the owner was angry and snap at the staff in front of custs.

I stay here for 8 night and so many thing I want share about this hotel. The air conditioner doesn't working good but the staff change my room to the smallest but have a better air conditioner. And then the staff never give more mineral water even I asked for that. I just received mineral water when I check in and moving room couse the room isn't cooling. Hairdryer is broken. What a bad hotel ever.

The location is very close to Rochor MRT station, walking distance is only about 100 meters! This is very helpful because most of us travel by MRT. The bathroom is inside, there is a shower and bidet! Complete electrical outlets. There are Indonesian models too. There are USBs too. There are about 4 electrical outlets. Quite a lot, right? If you want to eat, you can go to Haleem Restaurant near the hotel and it is open 24 hours. There is delicious and cheap Nasi Goreng Seafood. You can also go to Sevel to buy food and drinks. And the staff, Mr. Hazly is very friendly and very informative. And he can speak Indonesian too. Thank you Mr. Hazly ♥. Cons: The room is narrow, it is difficult to put things but enough for praying. The AC does not reach the entire room because it is blocked by the upper wall. There is no room service. If you want to throw away trash, you can put it in front of the door and the hotel staff will pick it up. I stayed for 2 nights and only got 2 bottles of water on the first day. (I bought mineral water at ABC, 1 liter size, only $ 1).
