Rooms are big, hotel is quiet but close to the beach and main strip

I really enjoyed this hotel. Easy parking and great staff. Location perfect to enjoy and explore Gwangalli beach.

The property was right at Gwangalli Beach, so I was able to walk out the door and walk along the beach quickly. There is a great vibe in the area. Lots of restaurants. There were buskers singing along the way and people enjoying the water. Just very nice. The staff were incredibly kind. The hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. No amenities unless you purchase(shampoo/conditioner/body wash). I would stay here again.

They don't give you any shampoo or body wash for the shower. I've been to other hotels in Korea that give you shampoo and body wash. I booked 2 rooms at the same time because I had 4 people, 2 being kids. They put us on different floors. That makes no sense. I booked this trip awhile ago and they knew we had children traveling since I entered their ages on the website. This hotel is very dark, I'm guessing to hide how dirty it is and run down it is.

This place was fairly new, the decor is gorgeous. I loved the views from my room, it’s right next to gwangali beach, lots of food to eat. It was amazing.

This hotel is located very convenient. Pretty much right by the beach. It however has no beach or ocean view as I initially assumed. Check in was very fast. Parking is free and easy. The car goes with an automatic lift into a stall up high! Takes about 5 minutes or less for them to get your car down if you need it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. English speaking. The hallways are a bit small but look good. Rooms are an okay size. Lots of mirrored walls. Toilet is great. Beds are comfy. The shower is a bit inconvenient because there is no where to hang towels, clothes, place shampoo bottles. The sink is next to a bed and the carpet had water damage because of the sink being on the carpet. The tv, fridge, closet, tea maker, glasses, chair, phone. Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again! Oh and don’t use the stairwell stairs. The doors to the floors lock behind you and I got stuck in it. Staff was very quick and wonderful after I called front desk to rescue me. 😊

One of female receptionists was super rude. She kept cutting me off while I was telling her the plumbing issues that my son had in his room as if it wasn't a big deal. I ended up talking to a male receptionist and he took the complaint seriously and solve the issue. Also, I saw black stain on our bed sheet. Dont think they change bed sheet everyday.

Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The location and the luxurious room was really spontaneous. But the Room was not cleaned. If you look at it from the far, it looks clean but the toilet seat cover had white thing on the top and the floor didn't look clean and there was some type of food on the water bottle in the refrigerator. I want to change the room but they were fully booked.

The room and hotel had equal pros and cons. Pros: - Use of Genie and automated service in the rooms. - Great location for the beach and food. - Bed was automated and moved to elevate head and feet. - Breakfast is available. Cons - You can definitely tell the rooms and furniture are old. - Cleanliness was an issue. Dust and slight water damage on the carpet were very apparent. - TV had issues with volume control (weirdly specific, I know). We tried fixing this because we brought our Nintendo Switch to play in our downtime, but the TV was just NOT cooperating. It then refused to turn on (we didn't touch any of the wires or anything, we only plugged in one hdmi cable) and we had to call a desk attendant. In all of the hotels that we've stayed at, this has never happened. - Breakfast is limited. - Toilet emitted a weird smell sometimes (without even being in use). Advice for improvement: - Have a buffet breakfast or at least allow people to choose from a list of food. I have food allergies and could only eat one thing on my breakfast plate. - Check your TVs and maybe consider switching to a more updated product. - Deep clean EVERYTHING and switch out the carpets and suede for somthing more modern and clean. - Check your plumbing. Not bad overall, but we might try to find a place with cleaner features the next time we travel to Busan.

There was a strange smell and there were no disposable slippers. Car parking equipment was good.

Very good experience for two night stay at the hotel. The staff is very good cooperative and with good conversation skills. The breakfast was delicious and coffee too good. I would recommend it for everyone

Nice location and not too far from Busan station (25-45m by taxi). Staff was extremely friendly too!

The music in the hallway was so loud we could not fall asleep and it woke us up in the mornings. We had to make special requests of the front desk to keep the music down. The cleaning ladies did not remove used coffee cups or used towels in the bathroom. The prices at the café were absolutely ridiculous. 9000 won for a cup of tea. Overall the price was high and the hotel was less than pleasant

방이 좀 추워요. 난방에 신경을 써 주세요. 아니면 난방 조절하는 방법이라도 알려주면 좋겠어요.
