This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. For a 4-star hotel, you shouldn't have to pay for amenities. Every amenity was free at a 3-star hotel we stayed at in Japan with a much comfier bed.
They were still cleaning our room after check-in time and missed a Q-tip sitting on the nightstand.

Disappointing that the roof top restaurant was closed during my stay. Nice food in the other restaurant, just very limited choice. Finding items of clothing from previous guest was a surprise.

It’s a great, clean hotel in a quiet area and near the subway station. I’ve stayed here a few times because of that. However, know that it isn’t in the centre of Seoul so you’ll have to take public transportation, sometimes for long amounts of time, to get to any tourist attractions. But overall, it’s a good place to stay and I recommend it!

Genuinely shocked how this hotel is considered four stars. My room had mosquitos which bit me all night. The staff provided me with mosquito spray and a plug in when I reported the issue. They didn’t help me spray, just gave me a can to handle on my own. I had to sleep the rest of the night with a face mask on due to the fumes from the bug spray. The fact they had mosquito spray and a plug in ready also made me wonder how many hotel guests had mosquito infested rooms. The entire building needs an upgrade as the walls are super thin (you can hear every footstep, sound, and snoring from adjacent rooms), and AC was weak which did not help the mosquito issue. Horrible stay, would not recommend, the staff didn’t even pretend to be apologetic about the situation

The only thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner didn’t work but they brought a fan to cool our room.
