Great value. Room was well appointed. A little bit of a walk from the metro. And the lobby is a bit weird.

바다가 가까워 수영하러다니기 편했고, 내부청결도가 약간 아쉬웠습니다(에어컨 먼지 곰팡이, 스타일러 먼지 곰팡이) 하지만 가격이 가성비 좋고 뷰가 좋았던(팔레드시즈 호텔 한가운데 바다가 보이는 바다뷰) 호텔이어서 매우 만족스럽습니다. 다시 방문할 예정입니다

Easy beach access

The location is great! There are a lot of restaurants nearby. I also like the drying closet in the room. The room is very clean. The only downside is the check-in experience. There's only a kiosk and no staff. If you don't have a Korean phone number, you have to call them and they'll give you access to your room.

I definitely liked this hotel as my room had a direct view of haeundae beach and it was very large, clean and easy to find. The only downside was the self check in kiosk. I was not sent a text message or a reservation number either on hotels.com, my email from the hotel or in the app. It meant I had to call up the number to ask for the reservation number which wasn’t ideal. I get the point of not having a check in desk but for situations like this that’s definitely why it’s needed

Property itself was great as well as the location. Had check in troubles though (I never got a code) and there is no front desk.

Overall this hotel is great, but be aware there is no front desk and if you don't have a Korean phone the check in process is tricky. Also English is listed as a language which is a stretch, there is no front desk staff that speaks any language. The only staff you'll see are cleaning folks in the morning, and they only speak Korean. Their check-in system is mostly in Korean. If you need help you need to call a Korean number. Otherwise great location, clean, quiet, nice room.

The hotel itself is great. Convenient location, clean, reasonably priced, and pretty nice. The issue is that check in is managed via kiosk, and there are no hotel staff available to assist with issues. When booking through Expedia, I was given an expedia specific confirmation #. When checking in through the kiosk, this confirmation number did not allow me to complete check in. The check in sign directed me to call a phone number; however, I was unable to call that number, as I do not have a local phone plan. Additionally, I was supposed to be texted my check in information, but I did not receive this text. I eventually used the cafe's phone to call the help line, and they were able to assist me in checking in. Ultimately, the check in process would have been smooth if I had booked directly, instead of going through expedia. I would recommend this hotel, but I wanted to call out this issue.

Not foreigner user friendly checkin. No front desk, just an unassuming kiosk. We never received a code or registration number to check in. To get this code you must have a working phone to call a Korean number, luckily we did but I’m sure some people might not. Since there is not a front desk, you have to pay to store your luggage if you arrived before checkin (3pm), usually it is free to have front desk store luggage for you so the least they could have done is give you free code to use lockers. The beds were very comfortable and good views from top floor however the glass is so dirty on patios you can’t see out of it. They should consider having housekeeping clean it with rooms.

This was not my first time visiting this hotel in Busan. Couple times I traveled Busan with my dogs, I’d just stay here just because it’s a decent and well- known pet friendly hotel in Busan for a long time. The most upsetting part was sanitary conditions. ( & A poor service of staffs as well! ) They do have a good dog mat which prevents dog’s dislocation & they can walk around safely but was so dirty & old that I could see the stains and old piled up dust/ pee whatever over the mat design. It was also a small size which designed for hallway. ( Since I’ve also used the same dog mat brand, idk why they put the hallway size which was narrow, and small. ) Anyway, the mat area is where dogs stay and was definitely not clean AT ALL. We had to clean a whole part of the mat and the floor in general. They also put only 2 pee pads in the room which was ridiculous since there’s no reception/ where to ask. About the poor service, each time that I had to make a call for asking more doggy pads, changing the towels( 3 days stay) or emptying trash cans … They sounded like they’re bothered and answered with a slow, offensive tone. If my friends/ families ever ask me about this hotel, I Will Not Recommend them here to stay.

Area

We enjoyed the hotel, it was close to everything we wanted to do. It was near the beach, cable cars, and the strip with street food and restaurants. One of the nights, we choose to no be disturbed and the cleaning staff left a bag of essentials outside our door, included towels and water. We thought it was very nice of them to do that. We booked this hotel knowing there’s as no front desk. You check in with a kiosk in front of the hotel. We booked via Expedia and never received any check-in information. We had an issue checking in. Expedia saw no issues on their end and they tried to help walk us thru the check in but ultimately we needed to call the hotel and speak to someone that gave us a reservation number that Expedia did not provide. Overall good stay, check-in was a little frustrating since we booked via Expedia.

Very good prices for staying in Haeundae.
