The staff were all friendly and efficient. I checked in with Robert and his wife Hongji-Yoon. Nice couple. She's great and was very helpful both days. The hotel's in a good location too. I'd stay there again. :)

Has a great location!

Bottomline up front: I would stay here again. First off ALL of the staff and manager were AWESOME. They all provided top notch service. We stayed there during Chuseok, so unfortunately we did not try the cafe downstairs. But the ambience was warm and welcoming. I used to live in Seoul and knew what to expect from Korean hotels. Beds are Korean style, which some westerners may find uncomfortable; I did not. The staff called cabs for us and took care of all of our needs. Ice is available at front desk (café). PROS: Cost was great. Staff was exceptional; all spoke good English. Near COEX and Han River exercise path. CONS: No microwave in room, but you do have a hot water kettle for ramen and Maxim (coffee). (There is a fridge in the room.)

The bed is uncomfortable. It is not a mattress. It is more of a box spring that is supposed to be under the mattress only. It’s hard to sleep. The springs are visible. Moreover, the phone os not working.

The bed was very hard. Glad we only steted 1 night. BUT the staff was amazing, everything was clean, we felt safe and it was a greatbarea and price for whatbwe needed.

Quite bad actually. Super dated, AC worked only on heating mode on a hot day. The area has absolutely no places to eat, except for Starbucks. The sound proofing doesn’t exist at all so you hear the construction outside, traffic and people in other rooms.

Cheap nice clean

Air condition was very weak and no privacy in bathroom. Service was decent.

The beds were so hard to the point where my friend and I ended up leaving instead of staying out. Also, the bathroom wasn’t that clean, I found stain looking like blood on a toilet button. Lastly, ceiling heater made constant noise which was very distracting.

- The bed was slightly hard and the shower leaked water outside under the door, the soap tray leaked water on the countertop and the towels strongly smelled of chlorine...if you are fine with these, I recommend still staying here. + It is worth it for the current price. Nothing fancy but comfortable. I think the location was pretty good because it was away from the busiest areas of Gangnam and the single room was comfortable with sufficient space to move around and have big bags to pack and unpack.

Location is good, right next to subway station. The rooms are clean but don’t have international plugs

Great location Next to Bus stop, Metro Station and above all within 100m of the Airport Limousine Bus.

The rooms were very clean, good size. The front desk staff amazing... went out of their way to help us with transportation , sights, restaurants.... excellent hotel in good and quite location, easy to reach with limousine bus 6006 from Incheon..... No breakfast, but plenty of Cafés in neighbourhood....

I had a very short stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super friendly. Check in was very quick and hassle free. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Since I did not stay for too long I did not have the opportunity use all the facilities. It was in a prime location accessible to subway, buses etc. Coex was about 10 min walk. I would recommend this hotel if you're after a budget to mid-range hotel.

Everything about the hotel was great. Good staff. Good room. Good price. Convenient location, albeit not the most interesting area around. However, proximity to the station and other cool areas is nice.

Air conditioner did not work because the hotel would not turn on the main system. Saw a guest complain and leave the hotel due to that. Hope the management of the hotel put themselves in the room and feel how humid and hot the room can become.
