I came to Korea for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday and it was the worse, I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying just one and only because it was late. They have you to check in strictly at 4pm, we arrived way earlier like 11am because of our flight and they told us we had to come back after 4, not even trying to please guests in this hotel. It advertised as a hotel who has a spa and making it sound like it is great but really save your money, I got a better hotel by Marriott just 20usd more, this is a scam…. I am si disappointed with Expedia because they won’t even they announce this property. I am still fighting to get my money back from the other 2 nights that I did not stayed there. Please avoid this hotel at any cost, there are better choices.

Many businesses decide not to heat their premises in Seoul during winter. In this hotel, but your room, it's quite cold. Cold winter in South Korea is quite short, so maybe the investment isn't worth it. Winter isn't also a huge tourist season either.

Overrall OK. I echo other people's comments that the photos make the place seem much classier than it actually is. Its in a noisy corner of a very buzzy pub area, so that's an advantage if you like that sort of thing. Very convenient to Metro and right by the river walk which is a big plus.

Like most hotels of this starring it was adequate.lovely comfortable bed. I was asked every morning if i wanted my room CLEANED. I AM A DISABLED TRAVELER AND FELT WELL LOOKED AFTER when they heard me come down in a morning they would rush to press the door for me.
When taxis couldnt fit my folding buggy in their boot, the staff triedtheir utmost to find a taxi that could. Everywhere wasso easy to get to and once you get your bearings just follow the strem and you will get back. Tourist advice close. Had a lovely stay but if you want a more luxurious stay pay more and go somwhere else.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures, the hotel lobby desk clerks smelled of alcohol and was very rude. The rooms were very poor condition. Very bad experience overall and I wasn’t given a refund on my second night because we didn’t want to stay in such a crappy hotel two nights in a row.

Convenient location for access to the subway. Staff was very friendly, but the property was a bit run down. Would recommend this property if you’re on a budget as it was affordable and suitable for what we needed, which was just a place to rest our heads.

立地に関しては、駅から近くの繁華街にありとても便利で明洞にも簡単にいけるがいかんせん入り口の場所がビル群の中にあるため、最初はわかりづらいかもしれません。
部屋は、清潔でもなければ不潔でもなく普通で冷蔵庫に水が2本、お茶類2本、スティックコーヒーが2本サービスであります(ロビーには、無料の500mlの水とコーヒーサーバーがあります)ので、飲料には困りませんが、近くにセブンイレブンがあるので便利です。トイレは、ウォッシュレット式のトイレで、ボディソープ、シャンプー、リンスがついたシャワーがあります。ドライヤー、スマホ充電器、ポット、歯ブラシセットもあります。
サービス フロントの対応は、特段問題なく、従業員によっては、日本語もできる方もいるので安心です。
