We loved this hotel. A short 5 minute walk from train. Checkin early, front desk carried our luggage, room was big, large bedroom and separate room with sleeper sofa. Huge bathroom! In Europe, this is unusual. Breakfast buffet lovely, wish we could stay longer

Found someone’s dirty underwear in our room, as if the room was barely cleaned… Tv couldn’t be seen from the couch or the bed, shower leaked and there was no air in the room making it very smelly

Staff were friendly and breakfast great. Amazing old lift - clearly a lot of history. Convenient location. The room itself was a bit disappointing. We had a very small double bed. The mattress topper was too big for the bed itself and the mattress had failed springs down one side. The tabletop fan was broken. Cleanliness of the room was fine but had very grubby light switches and quite a few stains on the walls.

Old and tired. Really uncomfortable beds in rooms with no air conditioning which means windows have to stay open. Safety lines broken from windows which makes it feel unsafe with toddlers in the room. Staff even had the cheek to charge for toddler milk in the bar.

Perfect location and such a cool hotel! Surprise & delight seems to be the MO! From gifts at check-in to a sitting area in the elevator! Right by the steps to the Tower and super close to lots of cute shops & restaurants!

Väldigt trevlig personal, i synnerhet en av tjejerna i receptionen och städerskorna. Väldigt skön säng, lagom hård. Och bra med ett litet kylskåp på rummet. I övrigt lämnade hotellet mycket att önska, restaurangen var stängd samtliga fem dagar, och så även baren. Rummet var otroligt slitet, stora jack längs hela golvet, ingrodd smuts i badrummet och badrummets dörr och foder var söndersmulade med träflisor på golvet… Man måste dra igen dörren med viss kraft för att den ska stängas men man kan behöva pilla på kortläsaren igen om den faller av… Vår dusch behövde rensas för att vattnet skulle rinna ner, men det fixade de på en gång. Det var slitaget och brist på service (restaurang /lobbybar) som drar ner betyget främst.

Perfekt service från receptionen. Vi hade skällande hundar som grannar. När jag meddelade receptionen detta, bytte de vårat rum direkt utan att vi krävde det. Väldig tillmötesgående personal. Det höjde vår vistelse.

Dessvärre behöver jag vara helt ärlig. För kallt i rummet, väldigt stökigt runtom hotellet vilket kan vara förståligt eftersom det är centeralt beläget, väldigt lyhört från både gatan och korridorerna. Man kunde höra allt från gatan och korridorna. Varken väggar eller fönstren är isolerade. Helt ok frukost. Inte 4-stjärnigt hotell enligt min åsikt. Inte heller värt pengarna. Dock väldigt trevlig personal i receptionen. Ska jag återvända? Nej.
