Wonderful property close to the station. Very clean, quiet and the service was fantastic. Breakfast is continental with plenty of choice and all very fresh. Rooms are very clean, quiet and a good size. Close to everything in Zermatt. Would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed wandering around Zermatt and this hotel was nicely located for that. It was easy walking distance from the train station and close to a lot of restaurants. It is a long walk from the cable car to the ski hill. Breakfast was included. There wasn’t a lot on offer but what was there was good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Lastly, I am not sure how anyone with an accessibility issue would get to the elevator unless there is a back entrance. There were steps to the lobby and the elevator.

Great location right in the middle of everything. Our room was big and spacious with a giant balcony that wraps around, however it does go to other rooms so make sure to keep your balcony door locked! The views are great and customer service was very nice. Great breakfast included.

A quiet comfortable room with great views of the Matterhorn. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The only improvement we would suggest is to have a fridge in the room. You are right in the centre of town which is very convenient.

Third stay in this hotel, it’s very convenient. The only issue is that for the third year, one of the balcony chairs is still broken.
