We stayed to nights on our way to Florence during winter. The location is good is in front of a train station which made it convenient to move around. And it was very safe and quiet. My wife loves the retro decorations

I found both the staff and the room I stayed at to be excellent. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and fun to talk to. For the price that I paid for the room, I would say it was reasonable for its size, quality, and features. It was also very convenient to have it right next to a train station (that leads you directly to the Zürich Airport) and a tram line.

The hotel was in a perfect location accessible to the train station. Staff (especially Hamid) was very friendly. However, the breakfast was very basic cold buffet not enjoyable on a winter holiday.

My stay at Locke Am Platz was good. The staff were really good and attentive. They always picked up the phone. The hotel is located right infront of a tram and train station. The room was clean and we had no issues with our room. Our stay was pleasant. Beds were very comfortable. Hamid was a great host. He talked us through things to do in and around Zurich. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and supermarkets opposite the hotel.
Only downfall was that the breakfast isn’t great. There is no hot food. You have to boil the eggs in the egg machine. The room is also very hot and we visited in winter time. There is no air condition in the room. However, the staff did give us a fan which helped. You also have to pay 40CFH per night to park in the car park.

Great and welcoming staff. Property was always maintained well. The location is right by the trains station and grocery store. There’s also plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops near by. I stayed for 3 nights and I had no complaints. I will definitely recommend

Terrible experience with the parking. I asked a couple of days before for detailed information and the response was the parking is on site, but when you arrive there is no parking on the Street, it was at night si it is not easy to figure out, you gave us a QR code to find the parking, with tokens to access building and hotel. Don you think This info should be provided in advance and in a written manner? I am very upset because I asked for it in advance to avoid inconveniences. While figuring all on the Street and after several turns the police stopped me and that was very very uncomfortable.
