Fullon Hotel Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf

Big touristy hotel with lovely view over ocean (too cloudy for sunset) everything in mandarin but front desk does speak some English. Haven’t tried the pool as it’s winter. Heading to breakfast now

Beautiful room amenities were great and service, gym and entertainment were excellent

This is absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels in Taiwan in terms of its facilities, decorations, spacious bedroom, nice balcony with sea view. Highly recommended.

整體住宿感覺很不錯，但是美中不足的是早餐供應。前一天晚上每間客房都已經預定隔天的早餐了。但是，卻在領餐時間到前往領取時，被告知無法領取，最後拿到的時間為原定時間的1小時以後。但是，餐點依然是冷的。這是這次住宿最不滿意的地方。

We went here to enjoy a quiet weekend by the ocean and ended up terribly disappointed. This hotel is geared exclusively towards locals traveling with kids (a warning about this would have been nice). Ripped towels and bedsheets, damaged curtains and terribly noisy. Loud noises from kids jumping on beds until 11pm, the ocean view balcony was unusable due the constant crying and screaming. Very few staff speak English so there was considerable waiting to order at the restaurant. If you speak Chinese, are traveling with children and you don’t mind damaged bedsheets and towels this might be OK for you. Not what we were expecting given the price.

I booked two rooms for my parents and my brother. They enjoyed the location and facilities a lot! Room are clean and spacious. Highly recommend

Nice hotel, clean and big sized rooms. Service needs to improve Breakfast buffet is clearly for Asian customers, so not recommended for westerners to stay here if you like a real breakfast Swimming pool was far away from pictures and not a good experience

Beautiful Hotel, arrival welcome was good, room however was not as many things did not work and the front desk were slow to respond, waited 30 minutes for someone to come and sort the problems only to find they could not. We then went down to restraunt only to find it closed, then to the lobby bar and asked what time they closed in the evening, they responded that they closed at 8pm, we then asked for a bucket of ice and two glasses to be sent to our room at which they responded that they would be sent in 30 minutes, this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but so far the service was 1 star, so back to the front desk to complain as to why there where only limited services and why this was not advertised through the various booking agencies, nothing but apologies, after which I told them that if I had not paid the full price through Hotel.com for our 5 night stay I would have cancelled and found other accomodation. Reception staff were very apologetic but no solution, only to blame the downturn on the current virus situation, I stated to them that there was no virus in Taiwan as the great government here had implemented robust actions since January which resulted in less than 500 cases to date. While about to enter an adjacent restaurant we were contacted by the front desk and offered an upgrade to a suite which after completing our meal we viewed and accepted. The suite was lovely but housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning. Would we return? Time will tell.

Nice view from balcony. Nice facilities. Room service food and cafe food were below average.

The location is perfect. It is close to the ocean and the sunset was really gorgeous. Their room is spacious and their amenity was nice. The WiFi signal disappeared during my stay and I asked them to fix it. They fixed it rather quickly.

Our was very noisy the afternoon till 9pm. We are not happy with it as it is very expensive hotel. The front counter told us that they would do something. It ended up that nothing happened.

The staff were helpful but communications with them in English were often found difficult. The breakfast buffet had a good spread but had mostly Chinese foods and was very busy at peak hours. The bar in the lobby offers a very limited selection of drinks. Room housekeeping could be improved (carpet, dust, etc.). A few good restaurants can be found at the Fisherman's Wharf nearby the hotel. Ocean-view rooms are recommended

It is in a great location. The staffs are pleasant. The view from my room is beautiful .

The hotel brunch was amazing- such a great selection of healthy food. This hotel is a great little escape from the city- and a short hop back to the action if you want it. I highly recommend getting bikes from the hotel and riding around - a great way to travel about and get some excercise.

Provide nice baby crib for my infant. Large room.

Concierge is fine, 1 check is staff, a male on duty on the day we arrived is the most horrifying hotel staff I have encountered ever. No explanation, just push the keys that his colleague has prepared to me without any explanation, there are vouchers that is in the packages but since I cant read chinese, its too bad for me because he did not want to explain. This is not the only hotel in Tamshuei, we can do without.
