As a family of four, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Parkview. Highlights include: free shuttle from the train station (they met us at the train station exit with a sign so it was easy to find), delicious breakfast buffet, concierge to schedule tours (they reserved a half day tour of Taroko for us and it was an amazing tour too), Game Center for the kids, indoor and outdoor pools, huge rooms, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. A few stand outs include Bob, Vic and Jill - thank you!! We were at the hotel during the April 2024 earthquake. The hotel staff took incredible measures to ensure we were safe even though we were all experiencing the same frightening earthquake. They handed out complimentary food and water, helped us navigate how to leave the area by train, taxi or plane, talked to my family members to answer questions, and ultimately provided us a room to stay an extra night.

Great place. Beautiful views. Beautiful property. Just wish the gym would open up before 9am. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are in great condition.

This was the best hotel out of a few we stayed around the island. Rooms are newly remodeled and felt super clean. Shower had good pressure. No icky mold showing like other hotels we stayed in that were rated 4 stars and above. Room, halls and lobby had a clean smell. Very fun for families since they have a Game Center. It was super cheap for the passes which last your whole stay. Pool is good but could use some remodeling. Overall great hotel.

I found a toenail on my dresser! The room smelled like mold and the bed was so hard i had back and neck problems the next day. Room service didn't understand English even with an ENGLISH MENU! The food was also terrible with little or no taste. Hands down maybe the worst hotel experience of my life 0 stars all around, management should be fired there.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The staffs are very helpful. The interior decoration is a bit outdated. The major inconvenience is no power outlet/extension cord on the desk, only few in the corner of the room.
