Because we got a room on the semi-basement floor, where the sunlight was partially covered by concrete outside the floor. So that I feel less fresh in the room. I guess if the room was on the top floor it would be more fun. Concrete pole in the middle of the room is very disturbing. in design that is not considered. TV channels that are not clear, Many are opaque.

Awesome experience for staying at ad lib bangkok, the staff was superb, very generous, room and hotel design was so relaxing. Food is great with made to order selection, gonna be comeback if I am in bangkok

Beautiful room but really need sound proof, especially in the early morning we can hear busy housekeeping and their trolley etc.

My oasis and favourite hotel in BKK. Staff are amazing, K.Leug in particular always remembers my name and welcomes me. All staff are very attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean, with nice touches, great showers! Great location and pool is lovely. I love the whole vibe of this hotel.

Receptionist attitude is very strong and loud when requested from customers. Explain loudly and tense. The hotel is willing to punish in any form. Even dirty beds are fine. Can not sleep is very careful not to dirty? Employees are ready to say that more laundry costs are needed. Never come to any hotel like this, including 2 star motel. Very nice hotel cleanliness but very disappointed in the service. Losing the excitement of the holiday.
