The apartment is a nice size. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are dated. The pool area was grubby and the walkway around the pool was very narrow. The sauna was good. The staff were very nice.

The rooms are really showing their age now. They still have a HiFi system in them. The A/c's are old and the compressors can be noisy. The Gym doesn't really exist as the equipment is not maintained or functional. The Pool on the 5th floor is OK but the poor quality repair to the edges is falling off. The receptionists and maids are friendly and helpful

Great little hotel. It is on the olderside but it is clean and functional. Ice cold AC ! 7/11 and other basic necessities are near by. About 5 min walk to Sukhumvit and about 12 min to skytrain. Soi 22 has an actual sidewalk which is not the case everywhere in Bangkok. Asok is about 15 min walk. At the end of the Soi there is the MSphere Mall, one of the hippest malls in BKK with good food court and restaurant options, it is expensive but really nice!
