The hotel was nicely located and the Tapee River bank. The room was spacious with two queen sized beds. The staff seemed to be highly untrained. This I would fault the management whoever is looking after the staff is NOT doing her or his job well. When I arrived in the evening no one there to help me in parking my car. All parking was full with the restaurant customers cars and the hotel customers were supposed to help themselves. That was very rude. No bell boy to help with the bags. I saw one in the next morning but he just kept starring at me and with my simple attire he might have thought that he had no chance to get some tip from me so he didn't even bother to greet me. Helping with the bags was out of the question. On the other hand the front office staff were just doing there duty with super boring faces. Seem they are not happy with their salary or may be not getting the new years bonus or could be boring with their lives but this is the duty of FOM/HM/GM to train their front office staff to be welcoming, smiling and alive even if they are sad or angry from inside. This is a shame for such beautiful hotel having such kind of unprofessional approach with guests. Money you can always earn even by cleaning toilets or selling scraps but if you want to earn respect you have to give respect too.
