The hotel has a modern, full-of-natural-light design which I like a lot. The ambiance is lovely, both in lobby, the room and breakfast restaurant.
The location is great as well, you can get directly to CentralWorld Mall from the 7th floor passage which bascially has everything you may need from food, shopping and entertainment.
The wimming pool is good but not great, since it is a bit old, but just a minor compromise.

My 2nd stay in Centara Grand. Was here last year and delighted with the stay, so when my parents wanted to have a vacation in Bangkok, I had no hesitation in booking a stay here again. My 1st choice of hotel in Bangkok, excellent location, service and room condition. Will be back again when I plan my next visit!

Overall experience was great. The bed was super comfy and the view was absolutely unbeatable. However, it was not worth paying extra for lounge access. We tried the cocktail time and the menu choice was somewhat limited.
