The air conditioner was so loud all night that I couldn't sleep. In the morning I went down to tell the staff. They just ignored me. The bathroom smelled bad. The refrigerator wasn't cold at all.

The room is spacious, has a refrigerator, TV, but no hair dryer. The room is clean, the air conditioner is not very cold, turn on number 17 and sleep. Very good, get a room on the edge, so there is a waterfront view, the 3rd floor, the bed is a bit hard, when you can sleep, the air conditioner is cool, the refrigerator is very cold. Check-in at 2 p.m. Use the ID card and the English name to match the card. And there is a key deposit of 100 baht and will be returned upon check-out.

Everything was good until 21.00. The pub opposite hotel was played extremely loudly music until 00.30, I try to contact hotel for change the room. Staff was polite he said can I try to stayed until 23.00 music will stop at that time. But not … can't sleep until 01.00.
